Start with a Base - Universal White Paint Base, Clear Gel Stain Base or Grande Finale' Top Coat.
Add the Color Boutique Pigments by following my recipe book measurments or make up your own.

Each recipe is based on a pint (16 oz)
To make a half pint (8 oz) in a base, cut the recipe in half
To make a quart, double the recipe
To make a gallon, recipe x 8

Basic conversions:
There are 2 half pints (8 oz) in 1 Pint
There are 2 Pints in 1 Quart
There are 4 Quarts in 1 Gallon
There are 3 teaspoons (tsp) in 1 tablespoon (Tbs)
​There are 6 teaspoons in 1 oz.
